Red Grape & Carrot Mix

It has been proven that the ingredients in this dish boost collagen production by four times after one month, by making sure both the grapes and carrots are incorporated daily in your diet. What's more the outer layer of skin is regenerated in the same amount of time, and these foods are known to provide a natural UV barrier.


Ingredients:

 

  • 6 carrots, peeled and cut into diagonal slices
  • 1 bunch red seedless grapes (I used Flame, seedless red grapes)  
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Seeds of ¼ pomegranate and chopped parsley for garnish


Method:

 

  1. Cook carrots in boiling salted water until they are tender. Drain.
  2. Add butter, grapes and honey and stir to coat.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Garnish with chopped parsley and pomegranate
