Mixed Salad


The benefits if eating a dish with fresh ingredients, is that you are obtaining the nutrients to their fullest. This tasty recipe is absolutely packed with minerals and vitamins. Keep this meal as part of your healthy food routine and you'll be sure to keep in good shape.


Ingredients:


  • 2 heads romaine lettuce 
  • 50g spinach
  • 400g strawberries
  • 250g walnuts
  • half red onion  
  • Half cucumber
  • 400g tuna
  • 2 cloves garlic    


Chope ingredients and drain tuna. Mix in a bowl and add the following.


Dressing:

  • 6 tablespoons virgin olive oil  
  • 2 tablespoon malt vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/8 teaspoon cracked black pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
